Ultrasound Service

Imaging Concepts is a complete ultrasound service facility. With a full team of trained service engineers for ultrasound, we service all systems we sell as well as offer service after the warranty period. We offer full service contracts, travel and labor service contracts and billable service. We are a big advocate of preventative maintenance and offer two PM inspections with all contracts. Preventative maintenance prevents failures and downtime. It also extends the life span of the ultrasound system. Also with our contracts, we offer normal software upgrades offered by the manufacturer. This does not include feature upgrades. Also provided to our service contract customer is four hours of additional training on their system by Imaging Concepts during the contract period. Imaging Concepts, seeing the need for a cost effective way for the normal imaging center and the OB/GYN physician to manage their diagnostic image data efficiently, developed a software package to accomplish this task. We developed a program called ICI-PACS that is fully DICOM Store compliant and Print compliant. This software is also both DICOM SCP and SCU Store compliant. The software is designed specifically for ultrasound and is fully network compatable on a Server platform or a practice Workstation. It can be launched on a stand alone or laptop computer. It is compatable with Microsoft© Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional. This software is very affordable, costing under $ 1500.
