Ultrasound Service

Imaging Concepts is a complete ultrasound service facility. We have availible to you, a full team of trained service engineers for ultrasound, we service all systems we sell as well as offer service after the warranty period. We offer full service contracts, travel and labor service contracts and billable service. We are a big advocate of preventative maintenance and offer two PM inspections with all contracts. Preventative maintenance prevents failures and downtime. It also extends the life span of the ultrasound system. Also with our contracts, we offer normal software upgrades offered by the manufacturer. This does not include feature upgrades. Also provided to our service contract customer is four hours of additional training on their system by Imaging Concepts during the contract period.
